Directions

FROM CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA

Follow Rt. 29 South from Charlottesville
Shortly after bypassing the town of Amherst follow directions to Madison Heights
In Madison Heights, after the Lowe's store (on right) take right exit
Go down the road, cross the bridge over the James river and keep straight up 5th Street (also called Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard)
Stay on 5th Street till you reach a large intersection with the Chamber of Commerce on the right, EC Glass High School ahead.
Turn right on Langhorne Road till you see thefollowing landmarks: Holy Cross School on the left, Doyles' florist and Exxon station on the right
LYNCHBURG FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENCY IS THE NEXT BUILDING ON LEFT – 2097 LANGHORNE ROAD (BRICK BUILDING WITH WHITE COLUMNS AND TWO HUGE GREEN FLOWER POTS – WHITE AND BLACK SIGN OUT FRONT WITH “CENTRA HEALTH – LYNCHBURG FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENCY AND FAMILY MEDICINE CENTER)

Park in the upper lot and enter through the main entrance

FROM ROANOKE

Follow Route Alt 460 E out of Roanoke all the way to Lynchburg.
Keep straight—this road turns into Fort Avenue.
After passing Grand Furniture store on the left, bear left at the stoplight. (Street name is still Fort Avenue).
Follow this road until it forks - keep bearing to the left (there will be several stoplights).
At the large intersection (Rts. 460, 501, and 29), take a left on Langhorne Road (Alt 501) at the stoplight. (E. C. Glass High School will be on the left and the Chamber of Commerce will be on the right).
Continue straight and other landmarks will include Hardees on your left – Holy Cross School on your left – Doyle’s Florist on your right – Exxon station on your right –

Park in the upper lot and enter through the main entrance

From the South (Duke, UNC, Danville)

Go 29 North all the way to Lynchburg. You'll pass the airport, a strip of stores such as Target, Sam's, Wal-Mart, etc), keep going straight and you'll end up on Wards Road.
Keep straight on Wards Road till you get to a T: Walgreen is on your left, CVS Pharmacy on your right and Grand Furniture is facing you.
At the T, turn right on Fort Avenue
Drive 1 mile till you get to a fork (Fort Early is on your left)
Bear left at the fork: you are on Memorial Avenue
Stay on Memorial Avenue for a short mile till you get to a major intersection with EC Glass High School on your left. At the light, take left on Langhorne Road
LFMR is about half a mile on Langhorne Road at 2097: Landmarks begore you get there include Holy Cross on your left, Doyles Florist and Exxon station on your right.
Park in the upper lot and enter through the main entrance
