Centra Home Health Receives the 2011 HomeCare Elite Award
Centra Home Health once again has received national recognition for the quality of its program and was named, for the sixth consecutive time, a HomeCare Elite Top Agency, the only performance recognition of its kind in the home care industry.
“The quality and the care provided by our home health program is outstanding,” said David Adams, Centra senior vice president of Centra senior services and rehabilitation, “and to consistently earn this national award is a tribute to the many people involved in delivering excellent home health services every day.”
The 2011 HomeCare Elite is a compilation of the most successful Medicare-certified home health care providers in the United States. Centra Home Health's performance measurements in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance place Centra Home Health among the top three percent of home health agencies in the country.
The HomeCare Elite Award is compiled by Outcome Concept Systems, Inc., a leading provider of health care informatics, and DecisionHealth, publisher of home care’s newsletter, Home Health Line.
