Mental Health Services to Host Annual Hot Topics in Ethics Workshop
Centra’s Mental Health Services annual ethics workshop is being held Thursday, March 1st 2012 in the First Colony Conference Center at Lynchburg General Hospital. Workshop features, Michael Gillette, Ph.D., president of Bioethical Services of Virginia, Inc., who will present a variety of real-life case studies from several settings including school, community, and hospital-based. Dr. Gillette’s workshops are interactive, lively, interesting and educational. Lunch and registration begins at 11:30, with the workshop beginning at 12:00 pm.
This workshop is intended for providers of mental health services who work with clients in outpatient, inpatient, education and community based settings. 3.5 attendance contact hours will be awarded.
The program costs $70.00 ($50.00 for Centra employees), which includes registration, workshop materials, lunch and attendance contact hour certificate. Group discounts are available when three or more from the same agency register together.
