Orientation Express Student Station: Online Independent Study

Step 1) You are scheduled to complete "General Orientation" online before you start your clinical rotation.  This information is vital to patient safety, your safety, and the safety of others.  Click on the "General Orientation Lessons" menu option to begin.  

Step 2) After you have completed all the lessons, you must click on the "Orientation Completion Confirmation Form" menu option.  After completing the form, you click the  Submit General Orientation Completed  button.  This sends an email to your instructor or designee that confirms your completion agreement.

Step 3) Additional live classes may be required for your role.  Your instructor will discuss them with you.

Note - Steps To Take If You Encounter An Error While Using This Application:

Capture a screen shot (Ctrl-Print Screen) and email the screen shot and your keystrokes to webmaster@centrahealth.com.  The subject line should contain Orientation Express Error.  For example, if you are trying to submit a form, the email should have something similar to 'when clicking the submit button on the Orientation Completion Confirmation Form menu option, the following error occurred.'  Then paste in the screen shot.  Thank you for your assistance.
