Why do I have a different account number for each time I become a patient at Lynchburg General Hospital or Virginia Baptist Hospital?For billing, accounting, and regulatory purposes, each date of service and type of admission is handled separately.
What can I do if I'm unable to pay the balance after my insurance pays or denies?A customer service representative can assist you in making a reasonable payment plan. In cases in which you have no means to pay the account balance, a customer service representative will assist you in completing financial assistance applications.
