Bioness H200 Hand Rehabilitation System and L300 Foot Drop System

Our clinic offers state of the art treatment options.  Bioness  is an advanced functional electrical stimulation (FES) system that stimulates the nerves in the arm or leg to initiate muscle contraction.  The L300 unit assists with foot drop and the H200 unit allows for the opening and closing of the hand.  The Bioness systen may allow you to enjoy greater indepedence and a better quality of life.

Functional Electrical Stimulation Bike (FES)

The (FES) bike is used to improve functional movement of the arms and legs after a stroke, brain injury or with other neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis.  The FES bike is especially designed for patients with spinal cord injuries to improve circulation, prevent muscle atrophy and to decrease muscle spasms.  This rehabilitation technique where electrical current is applied to an individual with a disability may enhance that person's ability to function and live independently.
