Speech TherapyYvonne Staton, M.S. CCC-SLPYvonne received her M.S. in Communication Disorders from Radford University. She has 25 years experience in treating speech and language deficits in adults and children. She is a member of the American Speech/Language /Hearing Association and is licensed by the state of Virginia. Her professional interests are head injury, stroke, and augmentative communication, and she is currently serving as the Vice President of the Central Virginia Brain Injury Support Group. She has been married to her husband for 22 years and has one daughter who is a freshman in college.
Physical TherapyEva Roach, MPT, CLTEva is a 1992 graduate of Temple University where she earned a master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She attended the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and is a certified lymphedema therapist. Her specialty areas include working with neurological disorders, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injury. She has 16 years experience in physical therapy and 8 years with Centra. She enjoys gardening, animals, art, and macaroni and cheese. She has 3 children who are the light of her life.
Maureen Mahland, MSPTMaureen is a graduate of Boston University with a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She has 5 years experience working with neurological and orthopedic disorders. She is married with 2 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, and her hobbies/interests are her husband, 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats…then if she has time, scrap booking, reading, and skiing.

Paul Radka, OTR/LPaul graduated in 1991 from SUNY Health Science Center with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. He has 16 years experience treating neurological and orthopedic disorders. He also has 14 years experience treating industrial rehabilitation and chronic pain clients. He is certified in the Key Whole Body Assessments for Functional Capacity Evaluations, UE assessment, and post offer pre employment evaluations. He has recently relocated to Goode, VA, with his wife and 4 children. His personal interests are the Lord, family, swimming, hiking, biking, camping, and softball. He loves being out doors and spending time with his family.
Stacey Pedigo, MS, OTR/L, CLT-LANAStacey is a 1996 graduate of Shenandoah University where she earned a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She is also a graduate of the Academy of Lymphatic studies, is a certified lymphedema therapist ,and earned her national certification through the Lymphatic Association of North America (LANA). She has been with Centra for 10 years, specializing in neurological disorders, cancer rehabilitation, and orthopedics. She has been married for 11 years and has 2 children, ages 3 and 5. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, movies, and sports.
