Serving our community

At Centra our mission is to improve the health and quality of life for the communities we serve. We do this in large part by fostering partnerships that address the needs and resources that impact the well-being of those living in our region. Every three years, we gain a deeper understanding of our communities through Community Health Needs Assessments and we develop Implementation Strategies in response to identified unmet health needs.

Through our Community Grants and Sponsorships, we support the good work of our non-profit partners who address priority needs in the community and projects of regional importance. Finally, it is our desire to be involved in the community as much as possible and we are happy to provide assistance with community health fairs or speakers for your next function.

For more information, please contact us at CommunityHealth@centrahealth.com.

2024 Community Health Needs Assessment

To provide a deeper understanding of our communities’ health needs and how we can address them, every three years Centra conducts Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) through area-specific surveys. We are updating these assessments in 2024, and we would like to hear from you! Tell us what you need to live a healthier life!
