The customer experience concept in healthcare has been born out of a shift in the industry to better align with the needs of the modern patient. In the last 10–15 years, patients have been empowered with greater access to information, have been provided more options to meet their medical needs, and have developed a certain expectation for how their healthcare interactions should be conducted. Centra works to position itself to meet the unique needs of our patients.
