Centra Medical Group – Village is part of a dedicated group of physicians and advanced practice providers that provide comprehensive primary care for everyone in your family. Our mission is to provide the community with access to quality care to improve the overall wellness and lifestyle of each of our patients. From pediatric and adolescent to adult and geriatric patients, we are available to serve you.


Appointments are required for routine medical care such as physicals and wellness visits. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Same day appointments are available for patients that are sick. Please call early in the day if you need to be seen.

  • Exercise and obesity counseling
  • Geriatric care
  • Infant care
  • Lab work (on-site laboratory)
  • Laceration repair
  • Preventative and routine services
  • Removal of minor lesions, skin tags, moles and warts
  • Sports physicals
  • X-rays
  • Vaccinations (a participant of Virginia Vaccines for Children)
  • Well-woman exam

Specialty Services

  • General surgery consultations, follow-up appointments and minor procedures are provided by a board-certified general surgeon from Centra Medical Group Bedford General Surgery Center. 

Medication & Prescription Refills

Please call your pharmacy for any prescription refills. The pharmacist will notify our office. We do not routinely prescribe antibiotics or refill narcotic medications over the telephone. If you feel you need a medication, please call the office and make an appointment to see your provider to ensure proper treatment.

Insurance and Payments

Our office participates in most commercial insurance plans. Many insurance companies require copayments as part of your coverage agreement. Copayments, including outstanding amounts owed, are due upon check-in. Please bring your insurance card(s) and a photo ID to each appointment so that we can confirm that we have the most up-to-date information in our records. This will also ensure your claims are filed properly.
