Power, Control and Workplace Ethics
This seminar is designed to provide attendees with the tools they need to resolve ethical issues that often develop in the workplace. This highly-interactive session will consider topics such as managing collegial relationships, analyzing appropriate boundaries in the supervisor-supervisee relationship, defining sexual harassment and hostile work environments, and exploring the ethical basis for justified whistleblowing.   (Please note: This workshop is intended for the general public. There will be no discussion of Centra’s HR policies.)
