We provide evidence-based, compassionate care for persons with substance use disorders and related problems. Addiction is caused by an interplay of biology, social and developmental factors, and psychological characteristics. At Pathways, you will receive a full evaluation and regular follow ups from our Medical Director, Dr. Sanket Dhat.  Dr. Dhat specializes in addiction treatment and medication management.

Admission to Pathways is voluntary. Patients can self-refer for treatment or can be referred by family, physician, employer, pastor, or friend. All referrals and inquiries about treatment are confidential.
