About Me

Meeting professional athletes is a dream for many, but treating them had been a reality for Sebastian Ksionski, MD. Dr. Ksionski joins Centra Health after years of well-rounded medical practice, most recently focusing on pain treatment and sports medicine. Dr. Ksionski's most recent achievements include acting as the medical director  a multi-disciplinary multi-modal center focused on Sports and Pain management and therapies,  managing active and retired college and professional athletes, specifically with the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins, and training and teaching residents and fellows about sports medicine and pain management.

Dr. Ksionski is great! Unlike other Centra providers I have dealt with. Dr. Ksionski is the only Centra doctor that I have confidence in. The others I plan to change as soon as possible.

The doctor put me at ease immediately. He is very knowledgeable about ways to help my problem. He talked to me about procedures that may help my back pain that doesn't require being cut. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. I would trust him completely with my pain issues.

Dr. Ksionski was respectful, welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about my condition. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and showed compassion. For the first time in a long time, I had a provider validate my concerns and frustrations about the ongoing physical pain I've experienced for the past 20 years. That meant so much because I finally felt "heard". I felt SUCH a huge weight lifted! He proposed a plan of treatment and explained the process in a way that I could understand. I was very appreciative of that. I highly recommend Dr. Ksionski!

Dr K is an effective communicator, who provides outstanding care for my medical care. He is an extremely effective communicator of my health care problems and addressing my treatments and options to give me the best outcome of my personal treatment

An excellent doctor who offers a wide range of treatment options and suggestions. His advice regarding exercise and yoga (what stretches could help and which ones to avoid) have already proven beneficial. He has worked steadily with me to reduce medication to lowest possible level.
