Prepared to manage critically ill patients through the FCCS course
The course combines expert-developed lectures with hands-on skill stations to provide healthcare professionals at all levels, including non-intensivists, with the training they need to manage critically ill or injured patients for the first 24 hours or until appropriate critical care consultation can be arranged.
Topics covered include:
- Recognition and assessment of the critically ill or injured patient
- Mechanical ventilation
- Shock
- Infection management and much more!
The FCCS Course will be held in Centra Lynchburg General Hospital, First Colony Conference Room. Must register by October 15, 2023
