My first visit with the NP but would highly recommend her.

I felt insignificant during my visit and the PA showed little compassion and was very blase during our visit. The ultimate disappointment was after I explained some of the medical issues I have been dealing with since my cancer treatment she made the rude comment as follows: "and now that I know everything about you except what you had for dinner last night"

During my visit I explained that previous prescription did not work - and the first thing provide suggested was that I go back on the prescription, and this was after, during my last visit, that the Doctor said if it's not working, stop taking it. It's as though the provider wasn't listening to me at all.

Explained my problem in detail and also showed me my problem on DVD and what procedure could be taken for cure

Star ratings are displayed only for those physicians who participate in Centra’s patient experience survey program through Press Ganey and have received a minimum of 30 surveys responses.
