We prepare for emergencies the best we know how. Put in plans, purchase necessary first aid necessities, and even practice drills. So why would we not train in CPR and AED use in case of emergencies? Don't be caught unprepared should you find yourself in a situation where someone's life depends on life saving training. This video does not stand as full CPR and/or AED training and individuals should attend in-person training to become certified.
