This practice is not as stable as I would like. Lack of continuity when someone is dealing with a neurological condition is not good - I have a back up at UVA but traveling is an issue.

See the note I made prior about being disappointed about not seeing an actual doctor on my second visit. The nurse practitioner was fine. This has nothing to do with her.

Sarah Waddell is a superior provider. She listens attentively. Takes my thoughts about my care seriously and worms to incorporate those thought where she can safely do so. When she can't, she gives me thorough explanations and sets basic timelines for me to expect changes in treatment courses. She is friendly. Remembers small details, making it very clear that she takes time to review chart before entering room, showing that she cares about me individually as well.
