Dr Blanks is unusual in that she has always been caring, considerate, clear in info/expla- nations; she LISTENS (unlike some other Centra doctors)and acknowledges my own observations,concerns & decisions. For me, Dr Blanks has been a *10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Too bad she's leaving/ retiring; I'll miss her.

Dr. Blanks is incredibly thorough. She is friendly and at ease, focused on me, the patient. She seems to be conservative in her approach, looking at the least invasive approach. I have been so pleased with her care for me and her holistic approach. She recognizes that I am working hard to maintain my health, and respects my approach. I feel very blessed to have her monitoring my wellness, being proactive, but also conservative. For instance, she has not put me on meds for cholesterol, but she did a heart test to measure my coronary artery calcium score and is monitoring my "good cholesterol" before using meds.

Dr Blanks is the epitome of a quality family practice physician. My visit was for an annual physical and she thoroughly reviewed all current meds and made adjustments as necessary; reviewed and completed a care plan for appropriate screenings for my age; completed a physical exam and answered all questions I had. It was a perfect visit and I left fully satisfied that I was in good health and well cared for!

Dr Blanks always takes her time and listens to my concerns, asks questions, offers suggestions and generally shows she truly cares. She pays attention to chart notes from previous visits and even though I really only see her once a year, she recognizes me every time and makes me feel that she really remembers me. She never brushes me off or rushes through a visit and before she leaves the room, always asks if there's anything else I'd like to talk about with her. She's honestly the best, and most practical and caring doctor I've ever had and I appreciate her so much.
