Integrated Mental Health

CMG-Piedmont Psychiatric Center collaborates with primary and specialty care clinics to provide mental health services and support.  Social workers are located within these clinics and collaborate with primary and specialty care providers to meet the patients’ behavioral health needs.

We are pleased to offer care that not only addresses your physical health, but also promotes emotional health and wellbeing. As humans we all have physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of ourselves. We all experience sadness, anxiety and worry, anger and frustration, loss and grief, and other stressors such as in our relationships with others. At times these concerns can impact the ability to fully enjoy and be present in family, work, social life or community living. Our providers take a holistic view of you as a patient and consider all these factors and how they relate to you living a healthy life. Within this medical office we have integrated a licensed professional who can work collaboratively with you and the rest of your health care team as we help care for your emotional wellbeing.
