Alec specializes in treating orthopedic and sports conditions and has a special interest in managing overuse injuries in distance runners and triathletes, as he is an avid runner himself. He partners with his patients to integrate the best evidence in their care, which often involves managing symptoms and improving function through exercise, manual therapy techniques, and patient education. Alec and his wife live in Forest, and they are excited to be exploring Virginia together with their 2 young daughters.
