Rhian received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Longwood University in Farmville, VA in 2011. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from VCU-MCV in Richmond, VA in 2015. Her clinical experience includes working in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological outpatient, acute care setting with emphasis on post-operative orthopedic patients, and in the long-term geriatric care setting. She has special interests in sports medicine and running injury prevention, neurological physical therapy, and general orthopedic conditions. Rhian is certified in Dry Needling and also has advanced oncology rehabilitation training. Rhian is originally from Nottoway, VA and has worked in Rehabilitation at Centra Southside Community Hospital in various roles since 2009. She is passionate about helping others and is excited to have the opportunity to support members of the community she grew up in by bettering their quality of life through physical therapy.
