Centra Tuition Reimbursement information

Complete six (6) months of continuous service with Centra
No active formal disciplinary action on file
Received a rating of “Solid Performance” or above during previous performance appraisal
Do not already have a degree at the same level
Complete a Request for Education Assistance form online prior to taking classes

Complete the online Education Assistance Request form and submit it for approval BEFORE taking classes
Complete your classes
After classes are complete, submit your receipts for tuition and books, as well as grades (within 60 days of completion) for reimbursement
Reimbursement will be 80% of cost, up to $5,250 per year

Have one of the following statuses:

Full-time
Part-time
Weekend Exclusive Option (WEO)
Resource Team Member, working at least 1200 hours during the previous year
